FELICIA FREDD, Principal Spyke Studio
Felicia Fredd received her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1997. Prior to establishing her practice in Santa Fe, NM, Felicia was employed in professional landscape planning and design offices in both Portland, Oregon and Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has contributed to projects ranging from large community developments, public parks, and campus planning, to residential gardens and estates, as well as environmental restoration projects. Felicia has a background in fine arts, and a special interest in biological sciences, botany, and the use of plants as an expressive medium of design.
Spyke Studio specializes in residential landscape and garden design including site restoration and resource conservation planning. Spyke Studio designs are characterized by a simplicity and clarity of physical design that speaks to the beauty of our local environment and the experience of seasonal changes in patterns of light, color, and the perception of space. We strive to develop engaging and truly comfortable environments that are worth their effort, and that are designed with a concern for functional integrity and longevity.
